V.A.C.^® Therapy Reimbursement Guidelines

Like all other V.A.C.^® Therapy Systems, KCI’s InfoV.A.C.^® Therapy System is eligible for reimbursement as a Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) device. Reimbursement options include:

• Medicaid. KCI is a participating Medicaid provider for V.A.C.^® Therapy in many states. Get more information.
• Managed Care. Many managed care organizations contract with KCI to provide V.A.C.^® Therapy to their members. Get more information.
• CPT Codes. As an approved NPWT device, physicians prescribing V.A.C.^® Therapy are eligible for CPT Code reimbursement. Get more information.
